Glamping Farm

Svaki početak novog poglavlja u našim životima je na prvi pogled težak. Ne mora to značiti ništa loše, dapače mislim da je to izazov i novo iskustvo. Tako sam i ja odlučio jednog dana početkom veljače 2026. godine kako više ne želim biti rob prejedanja i traženja nove sve veće odjeće. Poželio sam izaći iz rutine loših navika, loših ne samo po pitanju debljanja već i po pitanju smisla svakodnevnih druženja uz kave i slušanja istih priča, istih šala i istih besmislica. Treba probati nešto novo makar to značilo izbjegavati staro društvo i besmislene navike. Tog kobnog jutra  9. veljače stao sam na vagu i upisao svoju kilažu, 122,5 kg. Tada nisam izmjerio opsege struka, trbuha i prsa ali vi možete pa ćete na kraju imati i te rezultate. Slika koju objavljujem govori više od tisuću riječi, užas, sam se sebi čudim kako sam se mogao držati tolike godine u tom stanju. Čak mislim da je bilo perioda kada sam bio i veći.   Nakon četiri godine odsutnosti ponovo pišem na svome blogu. Razlog je tome vrlo značajan i nesebično ću ga podijeliti s vama. Ukratko da se predstavim, imam 56 godina i dugogodišnji problem sa viškom kilograma. Osim toga posljednja dva nalaza krvne slike mi nisu za pohvaliti se kao i tlak koji mi je uz 122,5 kg bio oko 130/90. E sada o razlogu zbog kojeg se javljam, moja krvna slika je posve uredna, tlak mi je na oko 100/70, a ono najbitnije kilaža je došla do 78 kg. Kako i na koji način opisat ću vam u sljedećem javljanju sa Glamping farme u Umagu gdje se jede i živi uz keto prehranu, rad, malo vježbanja svaki drugi dan i uživanje s prirodom oko sebe.
